Q1.  How do I let you know the wording / name I would like printed on my pencils ? 

A1.  As soon as you click the 'add to cart' button you will be prompted to enter the name you would like printed into a box.  If you enter your name in this box and click the continue button then this wording will automatically come through to us.

Q2.  How long will it take for my pencils to be dispatched?

A2.  Your pencils will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Q3.  I would like to receive my order very fast, do you offer a next day or 24 hour service ?

A3.  Yes, we can offer a next day or 24 hour service.  An extra charge is required to cover the increased cost of postage.  We kindly ask customers to contact us before they place an order should they require this service.
